Breakfast Seminar, Cambridge Suite, Duke of Richmond Hotel, Wednesday 05 March 2008 at 8.00am.

We are pleased to announce that we have arranged a Breakfast Seminar at which both Mark Whiteley, Guernsey Registrar of Companies (Designate) from Commerce and Employment Department and Commercial Lawyer Jarrod Cowley-Grimmond will be giving an introduction to the new Registry the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008.

Mark Whiteley will outline what this will mean to Directors and Company Secretaries and he will explain how the process will be initiated and what the Registry services and pricing structure will be.

Jarrod Cowley-Grimmond will outline the key points of law and what has changed with respect to Corporate Governance, the duties of Directors and about the solvency test.
