Work is underway to establish a grading scheme for establishments selling food and beverage on the island.

From what I gather this will be based on the type of operation and encompass a broad range of criteria from décor to service and food and local produce used.

Bear in mind that housing licences in hotels are linked to star ratings and silver/gold awards so a similar thing may well happen with the businesses involved.
