| Wel heres one for us all.
All catering establishments were issued a leaflet last week stating that all staff who handle food had to receive food hygene training before starting in a position. This law actually came in six weeks ago so I wonder how many are braking the law.
The basic training that all will need to serve a cup of tea will cost £40, now times that by 20 staff, £800 - and because they are seasonal you will have to do it all again next year .
The funny thing is though, who will do the training ? One company on the island could end up doing rather well out of this me thinks |
