Chamber Offices

Chamber’s current lease ends on 30^th September this year and we have been looking for a suitable property to purchase or rent for the past year or more.

Before the property team begin to negotiate a property solution we are circulating this note in the hope that there might be a business out there who knows of a property or would welcome the opportunity of sharing facilities with Chamber.

Council needs 700 - 1000 sq.ft. (one office, one largish meeting room and usual facilities) + 2/3 parking spaces somewhere in St Peter Port which is reasonably accessible for short term callers.    Access to two hour parking would also be a benefit for people attending meetings.
