| Dear Industry, Following on from Environmental Health legislation, we have organised for a UK based trainer to carry out Level 2 Food handling training at La Fregate on the 6th and 7th of November. Our own staff will be trained over the two days but we can offer another 10 places per day to any one else who needs to put the training in place if you have not already done so. The course is one day in length starting at 9am till 5pm approx and takes one day to complete The cost if the course is £50 per person (no I am not throwing lunch in !!) As well as the above we are also offering places on a Health and Safety refresher course for the 6th and 7th November. These will be a one hour session covering the following:- Slips, trips & falls Fire Safety Manual Handling Training. The cost of this course is £20 per person and we have four sessions per day (you only need to attend one) Each successful attendee will receive a cetificate for employer records.
