Instead of throwing our selves at the general public with a menu competition it was thought that we could perhaps recognise indivdiuals within the industry as well as recognising a wide range of businesses.

It is very early days with this but I think there is merit in a get together once a year for such an event.

As per usual I am asking for your thoughts and I know that the usual suspects will come back to me with there ideas but can the rest of you start contributing !!
