| I honestly can not believe that the States / Education department are considering doing this.
I am biased towards St. Andrews School being an ex pupil and having two children, one just started the revolutionary "pre school" that St. Andrews offers and another due to start the same in about three years.
What are the real reasons? Cynic that i am, could it be that Zero-10 has taken more than originally thought and the States are now penny pinching.
