| | In the Caterer this week is an artical about minimum wage. As you may be aware, I suggewsted that any tips being paid through a tronc system (with taxes paid) should count towards any minimum wage limit. Well it seems that the a UK tribunal agree's with me and has ruled against HM Revenue & Customs. I will watch this with interest as I think we all should |
