| | This may sound like a bit of a strange one but I would be interested to here if anybody else has experienced it. Every six months or so we receive a brochure request, usually from some far flung land by a person who says they have no access to our website for whatever reason and would therefore like a brochure sent to them, usually China, Hong Kong or this week Australia. Now, is it me or do these just sound odd, I have attached the text from the latest one to see if anyone else has received similar:- Sales Manager, We intend to visit for 3-4 weeks this year, and you were recommended to us by some friends. There are four of us (2 couples). We would appreciate it if you please post us a copy of your brochure, and details of your services and charges. However, please do not email your reply – we do not have a private email address, and we have not yet told our staff about this trip, they think we work 365 days a year. Please post your reply to E.M.Gurrey Post Office Box 561 Greensborough VIC. 3088 AUSTRALIA I cannot think of a scam as such, maybe they just like post ? |
