We have received the same enquiry and had a similar one a few months ago from a Ken Cole with a similar requirement to charge the rooms and a car hire fee, to be paid onto the hire co in the UK once payment had gone through. Nothing came of it before and it appears that all they wanted was the name and address of the establishment as thier credit card details were never sent.

It seems to be some kind of scam but I am unsure what that might be.
