| | Health and Safety is here already and belive me it is not going away!. Due to increased pressure from the insurance industry, your yearly insurance revue will focus increasingly on health & safety/risk assesment issues. I have enrolled the help of a Health and Safety expert (who has 40 years catering experience) who will be popping the onto the forum to share his pearls of wisdom.
